MSN Portfolio Manger problems since 6/18 RRS feed

  • I have submitted several incident reports to  https://support.microsoft.com/ph/7037/en-us

    The incidents involved Added Transaction errors that said a symbol was invalid (even though it came up in Find Symbol); partial data in MY Portfolio rows; quotes never updating after opening My Portfolio.

     They were answered with an e-mail saying Microsoft was aware of problems:

    Incidents were then closed with no help offered.

     

    It has been more than a week since problems started with this improved version of Portfolio Manager.

    When will they be resolved?

    Can you revert back to the working version of Portfolio Manger?

    Will you stop closing incident reports until problems are resolved?
