winXP virtual machine for demonstrations of software RRS feed

  • Question

  • i would like to use a virtual machine to demo software to prospective customers.  I understand that requires a seperate license for each virtual machine.  Is there a way to create one virtual machine with all my software installed and configured, and then distribute that VM to my company with a way to apply individual licenses for each user?  We want to avoid each user maintaining their own VM and software configuration, but not distribute the same license to everybody.  Is volume licensing the answer?
