I have lost my old email and i want to used my mcp

  i was trying to get my old Hotmail account Anes_20000@hotmail.com but that was impossible although i got access to the linked emails to that account and I’m able to change the password but the account is locked for the last 6 months and i will never be a blew to access it once more, i have my MCP account as well as my old MCT account linked to that email and i don’t know what to do know, i want to renew my MCT and get my updated transcript can you help me please, i have followed all the procedure to verify my old account and answered all the questions but all that was not enough
