how to transfer title for Microsoft Office to my parents? RRS feed

    I purchased Microsoft Office 2007 Pro, and installed my previous version Microsoft Office 2003 Pro, on my parents pc. They now get a message saying it is not a Genuine Microsoft Office product.

    The version I purchased was a new, full version, not an upgrade, and the Office 2003 version was also a full version, and not an upgrade.

    Please advise what step(s) are required to validate the product.
