Well, I decided to try something on my own, and it worked, unfortunately I did not do screenshots.
I went to Control Panel (Windows 7), selected Mail (32 bit), which brought up the following screen.

I selected E-mail Accounts, then clicked on the Data Files tab and got this.

I deleted that oberweisfunds.api.crm line hoping it would allow Outlook to load properly and then ask me to login.
Which it did! Yay! :D
Problem solved.
