User not showing up in CRM RRS feed

  • Hi there,

    I have added a new user in Office365 and I've granted the user a license in CRM. However, when I go to assign the user a role they do not show up in CRM.

    The instance of CRM doesn't have a security group attached to it, so all users with a license should be able to be added.

    Any advice on this?

  • I am not very procificent with the Portal part, have you checked if you need to publish or activate the users there after assigning a lisence to them?, once done on the portal the users should show up in CRM.
