This is quick and does something similar to what you're describing for LinkedIn.

You can have a look at this video for a potential solution. This combines a few solutions to get to the end result.

The other way is to create integration using the SDK. Facebook and Twitter have different API's so you'll need to develop integration for each.

Hi,Edwin2Win
Thanks for your reply,
I downloaded the tool and integrated with MSCRM 2011 online version. But my case is different i.e I created 3 buttons on Application Ribbon(facebook,Twitter,LinkedIn) on account and contact Entities. When I click facebook button It has to search Name(based on account or contact firstname and lastname)display related members (like orkut or facebook searching) from facebook accounts.

Hi evryone. I'd like to implement something like a Parrot solution bu little bit simpler.
The goal is to post from MS Dynamics CRM online to social networks twitter and facebook.
I have already gone through the API of social networks and I hve PHP code where I can post to each network and than gather some information (e.g. profile picture or comments).
I dont know how to deploy the solution to dynamics. Should I create Silverlight application ? or Plugin ? Can I creat new agenda in main left panel ? I dont know how to import the solution import.
Thank you for any help
