CRM Sandbox Processing Service is not running on on premise crm 2015. is there any effect as there is no plugin registered in sandbox?

  Hi Team,

  We have no plugins registered in Sandbox mode and it is  crm on-premise 2015 . our CRM Sandbox Processing Service is not running on the server, is this will be a problem?
