One of our customer's CRM implementation is about to undergo an architecture change.
Currently the CRM Application server is deployed in a virtual environment by a hosting company. Performance is not particularly good so the hosting company are going to install the CRM application server on a physical box as opposed to the virtual environment
it is currently in and the production CRM system will be accessed via the physical application server.
However the dev and test environments will continue to be accessed via the existing application server in the virtual environment.
The documentation I have read suggests that after the install of CRM to the new physical server that you need to remove the virtual Server using Deployment Manager. In this case do we just remove the live organisation in Deployment Manager on the virtual
server? I would really value people's input on this one.
