90 day Trial vs. full subscription

Question

I have purchased the Live One Care with a bundled package through Qwest. Who do I contact if the program notifies me that the free trial is expired? I should have a full subscription.

From the Qwest download page:
http://kai03.qwest.com/WindowsLive/MemberCenter/DownloadOneCare.aspx
- As part of the OneCare installation, you will see a screen that asks if you have a Windows Live ID. Answer "Yes," and then enter your Qwest Windows Live ID (for example, john_smith_123@q.com) and your password.
If you need help with this, contact Qwest support.

I have for some time now had MSN DialUp bundled through QWEST and as so have a Windows Live ID. Does this service include the OneCare Virus Software at no charge? Or would I need to contact QWEST support to verify? Also, should I decide to the 90 day trial, would I be charged after that time? I am also concerned that I will not be able to navigate the remedys should I experience problems with programs not opening etc.Friday, June 6, 2008 2:29 AM

I believe that your best bet would be to inquire of Qwest. If you install the 90 day trial before finding out if Qwest offers it for free, you will not be charged unless you decide to purchase. If you learn that you are entitled to a free subscription, follow the instructions from Qwest on how to activate.
