Can't activate or start live one care program

I have a real problem. I let my 90 day trial expire and now have something called spyshredder on my computer. I renewed the subscription to one care and re-installed it, but it won't start up. It keeps telling me that it has been turned off, and to reboot, but that doesn't do any good.

My computer is running at 1/200th of normal speed, and I can't figure out how to start or activate one care.

Any help would be appreciated.

Spyshedder is most likely stopping oneCare from starting. You must remove it first, try running the antivirus scan online.

If these cannot find and remove spyshedder, then try to manualy remove it here is instructions how.

Go to Start/Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Services

Make sure all OneCare services are running.

1.   OneCare AntiSpyware and AntiVirus

2.   OneCare Firewall

3.   Windows Live OneCare

And...

Terminal services
Network Location Awareness
Network Store Interface Service
Network List Services
