Im only using 2 of 4 slots on my new SP4 I5-6300U????

Just got a SP4 i5-6300U and I cant get more than 2 slots running in TM, Is this correct?

Also, I downloaded a 64x trading platform and was advised to download the 32x by the software... Any help would be much appreciated!!!
