Back-up not continued RRS feed

  • I cannot get one care to do an ongoing back-up to disc or hard drive. It wants to start a new one every time it backs up. I have contacted microsoft support with no help at all. They just stopped answering. Is there any way to get this to run a disc backup, or is it just like everything else micrsoft has, all talk, no function.

  • Can you explain how backup is configured for your subscription? Are you backing up to CD, DVD, External disk?

    If it is CD or DVD, what type of discs? RW or R?

    Does it complete successfully when you run it?

    If you have support cases that remain unresolved, please provide the case number or numbers and I'll have them investigated. They need to escalate the problem if it isn't resolved.
