Has anyone experienced flakey behavior with Yahoo contacts.
MSN and AOL work fine and for the most part so does Yahoo except for one Yahoo user can not send IM to only one of our internal users. The internal user can see presence and he can send outgoing IM to the Yahoo user. The Yahoo user can successfully send IM to other internal users.
We have deleted and re-created contacts on both ends.
We have tried setting up the internal user on another machine. Same behavior.
I was playing with the access level of the Yahoo contact by setting it to block. Then I changed it back to 'Public. It acts as if it is stuck on block. Any suggestions on how to clear this up would be greatly appreciated..
