  • After One Care is purchased it must be activated. If you purchased One Care online open One Care, select "Subscribe" and when asked for a Live ID enter the Live ID used to purchase One Care. Your subscription status will be recognized and One Care will activate. If you purchased a retail CD open One Care, select "Subscribe", follow the prompts to the payment page and when asked for a method of payment select "Pre-Paid PIN or Token". Enter the 25 character product key included with the Cd and your subscription will activate.
