Renewing with a keycode RRS feed

    My OneCare subscription expires in a few weeks so I bought a retail copy to get a keycode. Upon going to Microsoft billing I find that there is no longer a link to renew my OneCare service. After reading some posts on this forum, I am hoping someone can clarify what I need to do to renew my subscription using the keycode. Should I let it expire before renewing? Should I uninstall/reinstall to renew? Can I contact support and give them the keycode so they can renew it?

    No. Renewal with a keycode has been disallowed.
    To use your retail copy, you will need to start a new subscription with a new LiveID, which means, unfortunately, a reinstall and configuration of settings.
