Post moved to Off-topic forum, where do I post RRS feed

  • Question

  • I posted a question about the strftime function in VC++ RTL in the VC++ General forum. Seems pretty correct to me as the forum describes itself as being about "development environment, libraries, setup, debugger, samples, and documentation". Clearly the strftime function is in the VC++ RTL.

The post was moved to the Off-Topic posts forum, where it will of course never be answered. The number of times your moderators have done this to me, to prevent anyone answering my perfectly valid questions, will soon be approaching the number of grains of sand on earth. Pray answer two questions for me:

    1) Where is this question supposed to be posted if not in the VC++ General forum ?

    2) Why have you not gotten rid of the numerous moderators who don't know what they are doing ?

    Thank you !

And it only took you 2 months and 10 days to reply. That is amazingly fast.

I had already reposted back a long time ago to the original forum and this time the idiot who moved it before left it alone, and I received an answer.
