crm 2013 sp1 outlook client "set regarding" no attachments are available in crm RRS feed

  • Hello,
    everything seems to work fine in outlook client.
    After set regarding to entity account etc. , shows me in outlook correct the tracked mail.
    But when opening closed activities in crm there is no attachment available only the email message?

  • seems to be temporary issue or because the sandbox was stopped on one frontend

    f on CRM 4, attachment shows on another tab.
