Word Documents in Microsoft Office Outlook opened in Reading Mode RRS feed

    When I open an attachment from Microsoft Outlook 2003 which is a word document, it opens in Reading Mode. I then have to select 'View' and 'Print Layout' to view the document with its headings/footings and correct formatting.

    Is there a way to correct this so that the document opens in Print Layout?
