how to do disk defragment without any problem

I don't think this is the right forum for this question. However typically on a desktop or laptop PC do the following (works in Windows 7); -
1) Click on "Start",
2) Click on "All Programs",
3) Click on "Accessories",
4) Click on "System Tools",
5) Click on "Disk Defrag"
(make sure you are not running any other applications. Typically the best time to do this is in the evening after you have finished work)

Use MyDefrag, instead of Windows defrag. It does a MUCH better job. And it's free. You're really in the wrong forum for such a question.
