I need to be able to add the Case Number field as a searchable field in the queue item gridview (the quick search view). I am able to add the field as a visible column via the queue item system views (by adding the related record: Case (Object)) but
I cannot add it as a searchable field because it is not a direct field of the queue item entity.
Does anyone know of a way to accomplish this? It would be so helpful to be able to navigate the queue item records by searching for the related case number.
