UPDATES for windows 7 RRS feed

    The system knows there are a set of updates tom apply but although the folders for them in widows/SoftwareDistribution/Download is created  the download bar doesn't move from 0%. Thus no updates are down loaded.

    I have upgraded from XP prof to Windows 7 home Premium. Non of the suggestions i.e. registering some dll and recreating the above file have solved the problem.,
