I bought an onecare product from a store, after installed try to activate it. After I enter the active token it shows to me there is already been regist then said if you are istalling on to 2nd or 3rd computer please click the onecare to reactivate. I follow the instruction do it again then just went back to begining. Can some one please help me on this isue.
You will either need to exchange that copy at the store as your product key may be a duplicate, produced in error, or you need to contact support for them to verify that the key has been used and not by you.
