Extremely misled - request an explanation and remedy from Microsoft RRS feed

  • Question

  • Can Microsoft please explain to me why this page here: en-au / learning / mcitp-certification.aspx and refer to the below table which states, "The following tables list the MCITP certifications still available, by technology. Where multiple exams are required for a certification, they may be taken in any order."

I specifically for no other reason enrolled and passed the exams of 70-680 and 70-686 and I see no sign of MCITP on my dashboard. Instead it is talking about MCPS which means nothing except MCP. There is no badge, no title, no certification, no recognition, nothing. I hold an MCSD, over 8 MCP's, MCSE, 2 MCSA's, MTA, MIA and I would really like an explanation as to what this misleading and deceptive page is talking about. I should have been awarded a MCITP(DA).

    1. Where is it?
    2. What is this MCPS nonsense?
    3. This page clearly says it is still current?
    4. Can this be rectified?

I ask Microsoft to reply to this thread privately for my MCID to rectify this, otherwise I seek compensation for the losses in time and money spent on these 2 exams for nothing.
