    I have a question on how to set up a service desk for a small business, or maybe an IT school.

    I have the book 'ITIL Foundation Handbook', so I thought I could ask it under 'Training and Certification' but apparently not, is their another forum I could ask this on?

    MSDN forums are geared towards application development using Microsoft technologies. TechNet forums are more towards IT professionals and solving issues with use of Microsoft software. So with that being said I don't think there really is a forum here on setting up a service desk.

    I see now my question could have been better, you see, I'm not looking for how to exactly set it up, more like just get an idea on how it could look like, just so that I could draw a simple overview over a buisness service desk.
