I recently tried renewing my LOC subscription several times online and was amazingly unsuccessful. So I deinstalled the software, bought a new off the shelf copy and installed it. I keep getting an "urgent" renew subscription prompt on my desktop and on the top of the LOC home panel. Can anyone tell me if:
A.) this means that I did not install the new software correctly.
B.) If I did there is a way to end this annoyance.
Microsoft techies not much help.
