Calendar Items disappear in outlook with CRM RRS feed

  • we are using CRM 4.0 update 4 and when users create calendar entries in outlook and track with CRM their calendar entries disappear.  It seams that when an appointment is tracked and CRM sychronzies with outlook that the particular calendar entry disappears becuase the organizer did not make him/herself required or optional.  Do I need to Create a local data group within each employees outlook that to make sure users are set to sync appoinments where they  are the owner as well as the attendee ?

    Only the appointments owned, organized or where user is set as required are syncronized to the users calander. If any of these conditions are not met the appointment will not sync to the outlook client. You cannot creae a local data group for appointments.
