OneCare does not detect malicious spyware, piggybacked with TRojans!!! RRS feed

  • I am frustrated and upset with OneCare, I had trojan viruses and malicious spyware on my pc,, OneCare's scans said there was no viruses found,,, I had to purchase another program to detect and remove them,, what is up with that???

  • Ditto !!!  A program called SpywareDestructor made it past WLOC so I need to get another program to add protection to my system.  Very dissapointed in you OneCare !!

  • There is no one program or combination of programs that will protect a computer from every threat every time.   • I agree, the same thing happened to me, so I purchased another program which got rid of the nasty viruses--OneCare did not detect a single one!!!!  And I wanted the trial membership and they charged me for a year, now I have to try to get in touch with a human to fix this proble...is that a possibility???
