Just Passed 70-270 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello Everyone, I just passed the 70-270 Exam, it was for a class. but now I am wondering what direction I should go. I looked at all the stuff and it seems the MCSE is kinda being phased out, I am not sure if I should try for an MCSE or go with a MCITP, or something else. I know it depends on the employer, but I am asking what do you guys think people are looking for mostly. What way should I go? I am in the process of studying for A+ and Network+ right now also. Does 270 count towards any of these?

    Thanks in advance

  • That depends.. Most companies have Windows Server 2003, but new implementations are made with Server 2008.. What are you going to do? Consultant or work in a company that has 2003 but have future plans on migration.. MCSE stills a valid certification and the standard.. But who might now, maybe it changes in a near future to MCITP..
