  • Hello to all.

    i configure the auto numbering of my campaign.But it not reflect in my CRM. Anyone can help me... Thank you....

  • What setting did you change? You can only change the prefix and that will apply for new campaigns.

  • i dont do any setting. I just saw that the auto numbering of campaign did not work... is this a bug? or need to configure to make it work...!

  • With campaigns, CRM doesn't seem to fill in the number until you save the record. This does mean that you could use your own numbering for campaigns.

  • hello sir, correct me if I'm wrong. these feature was the same as invoice? when you create new invoice it's automatic fill the invoice number.
    and i try to save my campaign and it require campaign number before saving...!

  • The Campaign Code field is generated by CRM when the campaign record is first saved. As standard it is not a business required field, so if you have customised CRM to make this field business required, then you will never be able to save a campaign.
