IP just got blocked by MSN & Hotmail

Question
-
Hi. All of a sudden I keep getting bounce back emails fropmk customers that I regularly contact on email. The message is: SMTP protocol diagnostic: 550 SC-004 (SNT004-MC4F48) Unfortunately, messages from 65.20.0.182 weren't sent. We recommend that you contact your Internet service provider. The problem is that too many unwanted messages have been sent from the following IP address above. I am not a spammer just a genuine business. Can some one help me to get unblocked. I am happy to enrol in the various programs etc. Thanks.

Hello,
It looks like that's a service provider in the UK.
Unless it's your own mail server it's quite possible that the provider is sending mail for multiple domains through the same IP.
We just had a case where one of our vendors was attempting to send us email and their provider's servers were sending bulk mail.
That caused our vendor's email to get marked with a Bulk Complain Level (bcl) of 9 which we block.
They switched to a new provider and mail is flowing fine now.
