MS CRM 4.0 : Import data error ( error code 0x80040216 ) -- urgent RRS feed

  • i have problem, when i installed ms crm 4 and cuztomize it i can import 1800 data and system running well, but after one week system running i can't import data againt. i get error comment "Import data error ( error code 0x80040216 )" .how i can solve this problem??? Thanks

  • Hi Harissetiawan,

    Error code 0x80040216 seems to indicate that this may be a data format issue so it is likely that data in one of your columns within your import file is incorrect (i.e. text importing into an integer attribute for example). Also you mention how it used to work so either something has changed in your import file, or you have made additional customizations that affected the attributes into which you were importing data.
