Genuine Advantage Error RRS feed

  • We have installed a computer onto our exchange network and the computer started giving Genuine Advantage Errors.  We ran the validations and windos came back fine but office continued giving an error.

    I removed Office from the computer and reinstalled with the original disks and product key.  The errors started the next day and now we have 7 days left.  I put in an e-mail to Microsoft and was asked to run a diagnostic test on the machine.  I performed the diagnostic and went to upload the file and the upload of the file fails.  Now I am at a lost as to how to proceed.  Any clues?

Click "Run" several times to download and start the Utility.  When asked, click the "Continue" button.  When the utility completes its run, click the "Copy" button, then come back here and paste the report into your post.
