Cost of upgrade from MS Dynamics 4.0 to 2011 on premise

Question
-
Hi
I would like to know how much would it cost if we have on - premise MS Dynamics 4.0 and like to upgrade to 2011 ?
Is there any additional cost behind CAL's licence of from 4.0 to 2011?
Thanks
Faisal

Faisal,
As i assume, there may be little changes in the Server and CAL pricing.
Other than that, the only major factor is the need for 64 bit server for CRM 2011 Server - Which may have a considerable impact on the hardware cost.
Here are some links which might point you in the right direction,

Regarding the most recent pricing, you can also contact your Microsoft Support

Thanks Francis for sharing the above link they are really useful.
Do you have the link where it describes the best practice way to upgrade and step by step process of up-grade and data backups?
What are the areas which I need to keep in mind for upgrading from 4.0 to 5.0 apart from software and hardware requirements?
Many thanks
Faisal
