missing c2rui.dll

  Hi. I am trying to download Microsoft office pro plus 2013 but it won't let me. It's giving me a message that I am missing c2rui.dll on my computer so I have to install that first before I could download my Microsoft 2013. But the problem is, I don't know where and how to install it.
