MS CRM 4.0 Deployment Manager

  Depends on computer specs, what else is on the machine, how complex the entities are, etc... it's hard to tell.  If it hasn't thrown an error, I would just let it go for awhile.  30gb is a huge database and could take a long time.

  Basic setup

  on application server and one databaseserver.

   

  No errors all smoth so far.

  Hi,

  Check system event viewer for any error details, usually running a Deployment Manager does not consume or required much system resource. Try restarting the Deployment Manager application or CRM Server. If you are importing a CRM 4.0 exsistinf database as organization in CRM 4.0 via Deployment Manager then only it could take time.
