RENEW ONE CARE,STILL SAYS EXPIRED RRS feed

  • this live one care is really a PAIN,,,ok,,it was ready to expire,,3 days ago i pay 50.00 to renew,,now it STILL SAYS EXPIRED???? WTF  you take my 50.00 for nothing?? if i get a virus im sueing.

  • If your subscription to OneCare shows expired in OneCare

    • Check your PC date and time.
    • Check your subscription status by logging in with your subscription LiveID at http://billing.microsoft.com
    • Confirm that this is the same LiveID shown to be the Subscription ID in OneCare - Help/About...
    • Open OneCare and click Check for Updates. The renewed subscription credentials are received from the server and if the PC is not communicating properly, the credentials won't be received.

    If your subscription is correctly shown at the Billing site, but incorrect in OneCare and your PC date and time are correct, please contact support.
