  • Question

  • I have two below queries

    1. Is there a way to capture the stage event in business process flow?

    2. Can we increase the no of rows in the business process flow. Currently it is displaying only 3 rows.

  • Hi,

Point 1 - In CRM2013 if you have a 'stage category' defined against your stage, you'll find the field 'pipeline phase' is updated whenever the stage is advanced by the user (note: a number is prepended to the name of the stage category and written to pipeline phase). So you could use a synchronous workflow to fire onchange of the pipeline phase field.

Point 2 - no, however you can add up to 30 fields which display in additional columns to the right.

In CRM2015, you will be able to access the OnStageChange event. See the sdk for more information http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/d88d5f21-6385-443b-91f2-0ec0c16b1324(v=crm.7)#BKMK_OnStageChange
