My computer came with Visat Home Premium. I purchased Vista Ultimate upgrade 2-3 years ago from Office Depot. I did not get any disc but was given a digital locker. Recently I had to re-format my Hard Drive. How do I get my Vista Ultimate ugrade back?

HI Carey,
I was using Home premium 32 bit and got the upgrade DVD for Ultimate. I have downloaded my digital license file from the digital locker for anytime upgrade . Yesterday i have successfully installed the ultimate . I have changed the existing product key to the Ultimate product key which i have found in the Ultimate DVD BOX and the activation is successful.
When i try to update the windows, its installing and configuring the updates , but then all the updates are failed when i see the installation history.
Why its happening. Is it coz of the product key or do i need to install the vista SP1 first? Please let me know...I am not able to update my windows
Thanks a lot
Kind Regards
