Intermittent "Windows Not Genuine"

Question
-
My W7x64 Prof system has been running about three weeks. On two (2) occasions, after first starting Windows, I get a message "Not Genuine". I select to ignore it, and the message does not recur.
The tool at Genuine Microsoft Software completes without any indication that the version is not valid. The result gives me the opportunity to download Security Essentials.
The System File Checker tool completes without error; and an overnight MEMTEST also showed no errors.
I did not know to run MGADiag right after seeing that message, but I now have a shortcut to that program on my desktop.
Hardware: I7-950
EVGA X58 Classified3 MB
12 GB RAMThe event logs show SPP starting and running except for a *single* instance when it failed to start (that was on the day after I built the machine); but it then started about three minutes later.
Other than trying to run MGADiag the next time I have a problem, is there anything else to do? Anything in the MGADiag report that stands out?
Thanks.
Current MGADiag report:

Hi Ron,
No, your Diagnostic Report looks very good. No indications of any Non-Genuine issues now or in the past.
I used to see this type of problem (I call it momentary Non-genuine) in Vista sometimes and we speculated that it was caused by a timing issue of some kind during start-up. Basically, we believe that things may be launching in the wrong order or (more likely) at the same time and are causing a momentary conflict. I'm pretty sure that is why, in Windows 7, the SPP Service is set by default to start "Automatic (Delayed Start)", to try to avoid this. This seems to have worked for the most part because you are only one of maybe two other people that have described this type of problem in Windows 7.
As to how to fix this, I really don't know. I haven't seen the issue enough to get a good idea exactly why it's occurring and without that I can't give you a suggested fix that would be any better then a complete guess.
If you do wish to continue tracking this issue down, the best suggestion I can give is to work with assisted support at one of the below URLs:

Thank you for the follow-up, Darin.
Since it hasn't recurred in the past four or five days, and since you see nothing in the report, I think I'll pass on assisted support for now. If the problem recurs, and something shows up on the diagnostic report, I'll post back. here.
It is interesting that I seem to be in a small group of only a few with this issue.
