What is Difference from Microsoft-office 365-google accounts

Question
-
I can never sign into my accounts except by using a onetime only code service. Microsoft - Office 365 - and Google all require the same email address to sign in, but how do I tell which account I am signing into or need to be signed into. I signed into what I thought was Microsoft, but when I tried to get help with changing the password, it required me to sign in again. Again I had to used the single use password service to re-sign but still that's wasn't recognized. I don't know and can't tell what I'm signed into. Also need to know how to change the account passwords in any or all of the above account types.

Some info on your O365 account here.
Here's info on your microsoft account

(email/chat links at bottom)
Also its possible they're one and the same.
Google account would be a separate issue unless you have possibly aliased your microsoft account using your google email address (which is the way I have it), even so the password for microsoft and google would be separately managed.
