Getting error: Body text cannot contain images or links until we are able to verify your account. (Please verify my account) RRS feed

    Hi,

    I am trying to post to the forums and I need to include images to explain my issue.  However, when I hit Submit, there is a red box around the body and it says, "Body text cannot contain images or links until we are able to verify your account."

    I am aware of the sticky thread at the forum here where it says you can reply to verify your account, but However, it is saying "Thread is locked."  Can someone please expedite the process of verifying my account for me?
