Password ans user name problems...

My user name was Dean Plaia, password was <redacted>. It mysteriously changed to user Austin Johnson, with the same password I used for Dean Plaia
How do I get it back to Dean Plaia, with my password ?

Hi Dean Plaia,
If your computer has not been used by others, user account should not be created or modified.
Could you insert a screen shot of "Users" folder in Windows/File Explorer, or share it via cloud storage such as OneDrive, Dropbox, etc?
Here's my sample.
If a folder related to "Dean Plaia" or your Microsoft Account cannot be seen in Users folder, create a new account (named Dean Plaia) and remove the account of Austin Johnson.

Wherever you used that password, it's now compromised.
I'd change it ASAP.

I agree with Just Karl. Also run antivirus software.
Is it your work computer? If yes, notify your IT Admin immediately.
