I've installed CRM Client for Outlook on a DELL D830 Running Windows XP SP3 w/ Office Enterprise 2007 SP1. At first it was working fine. then when I went and rebooted the laptop, and started Outlook, I got the annoying error: "An error occured loading Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality". I did everything:
- Uninstalled CRM
- Regedit and removed all MSCRM keys
- Deleted the MSCRM folder in the APP Data\Microsoft\Outlook
- Deleted the Folder in Program Files
- renamed the Outlokkcmd.dat to Outlokkcmd.dat.old
I also recreated the local user profile on the laptop. Reinstalled CRM at first it worked fine..........
