Are you asking when Microsoft will retire the MCSE 2003 certification and exams? If so, they haven't announced an end date. However, keep in mind that they did retire the MCSE 2000 after about 8 years.
Here's the link to the Microsoft Learning site for the MCSE

I am very confused by your questions .
your question is when the MCSE 2003 exams published ?
If that is your questions ,you can see
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/mcse.aspx#tab2
You can click each of exams ,you will find your answers .
en ,maybe your questions is what date you can site the exams ?
IF it is ,you need to choose a exam via www.prometric.com ,locate a test site ,and then schedule an appointment of the exam date and time .
you can take some exams everyday .I have done my best to answer your questions ,hope it useful for u

Yeah ,I think charles is right .ALthough there are some exams for mcse retired and the new technology have released ,in my opinion, the MCSE 2003 won't retired in 2-3 years .
