Hi there, I am struggling with these 3 aspects of CRM. Firstly I have several existing products added to my quote, yet on mail merge only one product shows up, yet the customer has asked for three. Secondly when I try and click send email messages it says
"you cannot send a catalog created by merging documents directly to mail, fax or a printer". Thirdly does anyone know of a way to add a product description to our quote? We have a very detailed product description for our quotes yet there is no mail
merge button for this. Any help on these three topics would be much appreciated. thanks
