Unable to connect to Dynamics Nav 2016 Application RRS feed

  • Hello Dynamics Team,

    I am new to Microsoft Dynamics Nav 2016 and we are testing if can can access it using NAV Apps via iOS and Android Mobile Phone. we can sign-in in NAV Apps but unable to connect and we get Application Error. Does anyone encountered thuis type of error? any advise would be highly appreciated.

    environment: Multitenant
