Slow response to ActiveDs.IADSGroup calls RRS feed

    I have started getting intermittent slow responses to ActiveDs.IADSGroup calls from an Access 2003 app. I'm testing whether the current user is a member of a specific network group. It used to work fine, but recently started slowing down (like 30 seconds to get a response). I strongly suspect the problem lies with the ADC. Our ADC server recently crashed and we promoted the backup server to ADC. But we're a small company with limited network expertise. How do we start to troubleshoot the ADC or the network to find the problem?
