Can't access CRM online API after database copy RRS feed

    I'm running 1 CRM 2016 online instance and have 3 sandbox instances also. After I copy the production instance to a sandbox instance I'm no longer able to make a connection to it using a connection string (admin credentials). I can access the instance using a browser as a user. I get below error. Can't find anything usefull using google. Any suggestions? Thank you.

    ACS10002: An error occurred while processing the SOAP body. ACS50000: There was an error issuing a token. ACS50001: Relying party with identifier 'https://[our org name].crm4.dynamics.com/' was not found.

  • Check if your instance is in Admin mode. That may be the issue.

  • That is an issue for copied Org of CRM, 50000/50001 error, that is about the fabric is lost, you can raise up one ticket to Microsoft, engineer will help you add it back. then you can pass the connection.
