    hi,

i successfully purchased Windows Live OneCare $49.95 on Sunday, February 24, 2008.
(one year subscription to Windows Live OneCare (covers up to 3 PCs) for $49.95 plus tax)

every day i get a count down of how many days are left for my subscription, but they are wrong. today it says i only have 13 days left.

i've tried contacting one of your representatives through email but i do not get any answer.  can you provide a phone number or another more efficient way of dealing with it?

i paid for a service and i'm not getting it.  please let me know if you can help me or if i should look for an alternative protection and get my money back from you.

    thanks,

If your subscription to OneCare shows expired in OneCare

    • Check your PC date and time.
    • Check your subscription status by logging in with your subscription LiveID at http://billing.microsoft.com
    • Confirm that this is the same LiveID shown to be the Subscription ID in OneCare - Help/About…
    • Open OneCare and click "Check for Updates" to have OneCare check for updated credentials

If your subscription is correctly shown at the Billing site, but incorrect in OneCare and your PC date and time are correct, please contact support.
